Residential Program
Level I Support
The “Transition-In-Place (TIP) Housing Program” provides clients with a more comfortable living environment. Clients must either be working or enrolled in a training or educational program to enter this component. The programs main focus concentrates on helping clients obtain and sustain employment, financial management, and the search for permanent housing through the Rapid Re-Housing Program.
Clients are required to develop personal savings plans and address/resolve personal debts. This program rewards clients for the work they are doing to progress towards becoming self sufficient .
Level II Support
The single room occupancy (SRO) units provide:
· Intensive Counseling to address and resolve immediate personal issues.
· Prepares each homeless person and/or homeless veteran for the Reintegration Program where they are afforded more services and have higher chances of becoming tax-paying, productive citizens again.
