CVD2’s mission is to reduce and alleviate chronic homelessness by providing a  ‘Transition-in-Place (TIP) Housing Program” for those seeking to obtain permanent housing utilizing the Rapid Re-Housing Program, establish mentoring relationships, help clients obtain and sustain employment, and teach financial management skills.
