Community Vision Development 2, Inc.

Working with the CVD2 intake staff, each client is given a thorough assessment and a determination is made whether or not there is a need for more intensive care or further support services. 

 

Connecting the homeless to the resources needed.

 

This structured program which has two levels, leads the homeless veteran from a crisis situation to self-suffciency and independence.

 

"The goal of CVD2 is to provide individuals with the resouces and support they need to gain self-sufficient living in an atmosphere of dignity and respect."

 

These stages constitute a comprehensive resident. Additionally all of our facilities are located within close proximity of local bus lines and local Veteran Affairs facility
